Delivery Insurance Policy 

All instant drop-off and drone deliveries must be secured with a refundable delivery insurance fee of €180. This insurance serves as a protective measure against unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the delivery process, including but not limited to police intervention, legal settlements, or other disruptions.

Unlike standard deliveries, instant drop-off and drone  services involve a more direct and high-risk approach, as the package is personally handed, hand-carried, and delivered directly from hand to hand. Due to this method of transport, there is an increased risk of interception by law enforcement or other unforeseen complications. The refundable insurance fee ensures that, in the event of such an incident, the necessary steps can be taken to mitigate risks and resolve any arising issues swiftly.

Note that payments made with non USD backed crypto currencies such as bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and others must be a minimum of 400€. However, the full amount will be refunded as this is a deposit and not a payment

It is important to note that this insurance policy applies exclusively to instant drop-off  and drone deliveries due to the inherent risks involved in this mode of transportation. Once the delivery is successfully completed without any issues, the 180€ insurance fee is fully refunded to the sender
